MC3 in Istanbul the 1st and 2nd of December 2015

The MC3 team will travel to Istanbul early December to attend a study day on climate change in Turkey, at the invitation of the French Institute of Anatolian Studies (IFEA). The second day will be devoted to a meeting with regional partners of the network.
The study day, named Climate change in Turkey – Diachronic and Multidisciplinary Approaches, will be organised around three panels:
- Long-term approach to climate change in Turkey
- A turkish energy transition ?
- Climate change and social movements in Turkey.
Hubert Mazurek will take part to the second panel by presenting a communication titled Cities and climate change : possible adaptation strategies. You can consult the full programme of the study day on the IFEA website.
