We are pleased to announce that the annual French National Geography Committee meeting of the “Climate and society” commission will take place this year on Thursday the 17th and Friday the 18th of March 2016 (city tour on Saturday the 19th) in Marseilles, in collaboration with the Population Environment and Development Laboratory (LPED).
Elodie Briche and Hubert Mazurek (head of LPED) will welcome you in partnership with the MC3 network – “Mediterranean Cities and Climate Change”.
This year’s theme will be “Variability, climate change and consequences in the Mediterranean Basin”.
CALL FOR PAPERS :
For the scientific aspect, research fellows and young researchers willing to simply attend or to propose an oral intervention (short or long) are invited to contact Olivier CANTAT or Elodie BRICHE as soon as possible. A scientific programme will therefore be established and published in the second announcement in March.
We invite the potential participants to fill and send us the participation form before the 20th of February to firstname.lastname@example.org and to email@example.com.
We hope you will be able to attend this meeting,
